Federal sex Trafficking case, Sean Diddy Combs, crowned with oodles of allegations of sexual misconduct, having its roots back in 2008, is denied bail by Judge Robyn Tarnofsky. Sent up the river on Tuesday, 24, Sep 2024 to stay in limbo until his trail starts.

Bad Boy Records are running a jury and media ragged with sex crime talk. Allegations of violence and drugging date back in the 90s right after he started his career at Uptown Records, failing to reach the end of the line and set the wheels on motion with his own label, Bad Boy Records.

The music mogul billionaire Sean Diddy Combs, reputed by his stage name P. Diddy, is accused of compelling sex workers into “Freak Offs”. Scene doesn’t cut here: these male sex workers were forced into long stage performances through being charged with drugs for days. A list of drama series with new album for each season, a never ending list of physical and sexual violence on multiple occasions against Puff Diddy has brought forth.

The rapper was arrested in Manhattan months after police’s search and its first visit to Combs house with warrant. He is now Indicted by federal jury on serious and shocking charges for 5 days.

Sean Diddy Combs’ Body Language in the Courtroom – P.Diddy News

NewsZemi would prefer to say ‘a poker face’:  pretty stoic; blank, dead listening to the allegations; mechanically uttering “not guilty”; refused bail, no expressions; chug of water; got out of the courtroom; leaving, a look back to his family members.

Tense Situation, Heated Argument on Sean Diddy Combos’ Indictment

Sean Diddy

Sean Diddy Combs, an industrial giant, is indicted by the grand federal court’s jury who is being presented with a list of 20 out of 40 allegations in total. The list stretches to the allegation of racketeering conspiracy, blackmailing, sex trafficking, fraud, in-authoritative use of power, coercion, sexual assault, rape, drugging, women trafficking for the purpose of prostitution and labor, bribery, verbal, emotional and sexual abuse towards women and what else?

With this never ending allegations list, a footage of assault on his girlfriend Cassie in hotel hallway released by CNN has set a stage for Combo.  as evidence of Combo’s inclination towards violence. These crimes can possibly land Combo in prison for life as each crime brings along an offer of at least 15 years conviction. I don’t see any Combo remaining behind if he is convicted even for a few from the list.

Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifillo, in contrast, anticipated fortunate closure of the case while turning a blind eye towards the proof of violence and misconduct based on dozens of severe allegations on the disgraced rapper, as he said,

“ Mr. Combo is a fighter. He is going to fight this to the end. He is innocent”.

Prosecution took the defence lawyer to task and a battle of arguments came into sight. U.S Attorney Emily Jhonson put her stance straightforwardly commenting on Comb’s character in the light of given allegations and a long history of violence, she stated that,

“simply put, he is a serial abuser and a serial obstructor”.

Giving up to prosecution’s unassailable position, Combo’s lawyer selectively acknowledged his drug addiction, adjusting it as Combo being, “not a perfect person” and coloring his violent and abusive behavior towards women as being in “toxic relationships”.  While beating around the bush and declaring it a psychological disturbance Agnifilo mentioned that his client is being treated with therapy.

When Agnifilo still remained ineffective in his struggle to create a logical explanation for Combo’s long affiliation to crime and violence, the prosecution asserted that, “the evidence in this case is extremely problematic”.

Using the card of consent for the sake of his client’s freedom, Agnifilo accused the authorities of violating his client’s privacy and said,

“is it sex trafficking? Not if everybody wants to be there”.

Bottom Line

p.diddy news

Indictment declared that sex worker men and trafficked women were forced to be engaged in sexual contact and the use of drugs to keep the crew active for longer periods or even days. The performances of workers used to be recorded and filmed in their state of intoxication. The team of victims then were used to being injected IV fluids to break the state.

On house search of Combo’s home, police confiscated drugs, weapons, recorded tapes and hundreds of bottles of lubricant that clearly indicates the veracity of allegations on the notorious rapper of the U.S music industry.
